Ammo against armour
Wear is extra damage the armour piece itself takes, so it breaks sooner or later. The files also list a penetration strength per ammo type, shown under each card.
Protection in a vehicle seat
Seat protection cuts the damage a person sitting in the vehicle takes, by the size of the round: small and medium (rifles, pistols, SMGs), high (heavy calibres) and special. The game decides which round falls in which class.
